How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7-20 working days, depending on the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable forces (i.e. Covid, natural disasters, logistic company issues, etc.). If you need the product sooner, you can use a faster shipping option at an extra cost. Please email email@example.com or whatsapp us (+852 52852520) for more info. Please also bear in mind that when the orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If the product needs to be custom made, the shipping time does not include the production time, which takes on average around 1-2 weeks after specs are confirmed by the customer.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will notify you through the email that you have provided.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of wedding-related products, our policy lasts 7 days after the customer has received the product. If 7 days have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels still on the product.
For bespoke or custom-made orders especially made or designed for the client, such as but not limited to custom invitations, custom boxes or custom made attire, we do not offer refund. For products labeled 'handmade' we also do not offer returns as they were especially made for the client.
Customers are responsible for costs of shipping the product to our company address, which will be in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or China, depending on warehouse. We will provide the shipping address. Package must be shipped within 5 days of refund request. Tracking number and tracking company name must be given. Failure to follow the timeline and the guidelines will result in cancellation of refund request. Only one refund request can be submitted per order.
If you are returning and shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. For any cancellations, refund, or return made, there will be a 5% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
