I'd like to buy the wedding dress. How does it work?
If you'd like to buy the wedding dress, just select 'Purchase' under Method. When your order is confirmed, we will ship out the wedding dress when it's finished. If the dress allows customization and you are custom making the wedding dress, we will send you an email with the measurements that are needed after the order is confirmed.
I'd like to rent the wedding dress. How does it work?
If you'd like to rent the wedding dress, just select 'Rental' under Method. When your order is confirmed, we will ship out the wedding dress when it's finished. Please note that each dress that you rent will be a brand new one so we do allow customization. If the dress you chose doesn't have a customization option, you can bring it to your local tailor to get it altered.
What is the condition of the dress if I decide to rent it?
Each rental dress will be a brand new, never before worn wedding dress. It's the same dress you would receive if you selected the 'Purchase' method but we do expect the dress to be returned to us after your wedding :)
How long can I rent the dress for?
You can rent the dress for 6 months. If you need an extension, please notify us at info@blossomweddinghk.com or Whatsapp us with your order number. We want you to fully enjoy the dress and not be stressed during wedding planning. Just remember to return it to us after the wedding!
How much is shipping, taxes, duties?
As with everything on the website, worldwide shipping is free of charge for you. If you decide to rent or purchase the dress, we will pay for shipping the dress to you. However, for rentals, customer will need to pay for the return shipping costs.
What if the dress I received doesn't fit me? Any refunds?
If the dress doesn't fit, you can bring it to a local tailor to get it altered and customized to your exact fitting. Though we do not accept refunds, you may alter and tailor the dress in any way you want. Regardless, we do advise you to bring it to a local tailor again a few weeks before your wedding date as our bodies tend to change as we get closer to the wedding date (the nerves)!
Are there any limitations to the tailoring?
Nope! Please tailor and alter in any way you see fit. Even if it's a rental, we just want you to be 100% happy with your wedding dress for your wedding day. However, if you'd like to remove or attach something to the dress please let us know by emailing info@blossomweddinghk.com or sending us a WhatsApp!
Do I have to clean the dress before I return it if I choose 'Rental'?
Yes! We will take care of all the cleaning costs and processes once the dress is sent back to us. Just go on ahead and enjoy married life!
